Full Kenyan Safari Holiday Itinerary
Kenyan Safari Holiday is a combination of the Best Kenyan Safari which basically involves a visit to several major gameparks in Kenya. This is followed by a Holiday at the Kenyan part of The Great rift Valley.
This Safari Holiday takes you to the four major Lakes in Kenya i.e Lake Naivasha,Lake Nakuru,Lake Baringo and Bogoria.
Two Boat ride will Make your Holiday memorable,one will be taken at Lake Naivasha to the Crescent Island for a Birding Safari and Game viewing,the second one will be taken at Lake Baringo to its famous Islands,including the Devil's Island.
To spice up your Kenyan Holiday,you will have an opportunity of visiting the private Joy and George Adamson Museum. |
Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at Nairobi and transfer to a Nairobi Hotel for Bed and Dinner. |
Day 2: Naivasha-Crescent Island
Drive down the Great Rift Valley and stop to catch a Panaromic view of the escarpment. Arrive at the Elsamere Lodge for Lunch,then take a boat to the Crescent Island for Birding and Wild Animals watching. The Crescent Island is found on Lake Naivasha and its known as a little sanctuary for Wild animals. Hee you will be able to track Girrafes, Buffaloes,Gazelles and other game. You will have a Visit to The Joy and George Adamson Museum. after Lunch (Night and Dinner at The Elsamere Lodge) |
Day 3: Hell's Gate National Park(Naivasha)
After an early breakfast, you will take a ride to Hell's Gate National Park for an Adventure. Activities here includes game tracking,birding,hiking, and an optional rock climbing. Here you will also get different varieties of Game especially Buffaloes and Gazelles. (Dinner and Bed at the Elsamere Lodge) |
Day 4: Nakuru
Drive down Lake Nakuru after an early breakfast for another gameview and Birding Safari in this World renowned Game Park-Once called the Home of a Million Flamingoes.Apart from thousands of flamingos,Ducks,Stocks,Pelicans and other Birds, you will realise this Game Park has a wider collection of Wild Animals,ranging from; Lions,Buffaloes,Elands( The biggest Antelope),Warthogs,Zebras,Water Bucks,Thompson Gazelles,Monkeys,Baboons among others,a perfect destination for a Holiday. Lions are extremely rare during daytime,but who knows,you might just be Lucky! (Lunch Dinner & Bed at a Nakuru Hotel) |
Day 5: Nakuru-Bogoria and Baringo
After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru for Lake Bogoria. Hot springs, caution must be taken while walking nearby as these springs are super-hot. Flamingos can be viewed while exploring this area by foot. After further viewing of this scenic lake we drive 30 km north to Lake Baringo where an optional one hour boat trip for a Birding safari for we have many Birds which inhabit this lake,including the famous African Fish Eagle. Hippos and Crocs can also be seen. You will also get to meet The Njemps community who practise some fishing and Make some Handicrafts that you can take home to friends and Family after your Kenyan Safari Holiday.
From here we drive back to Nakuru for dinner and overnight |
Day 6: Nakuru- Nairobi
A long drive to Nairobi then departure after a farewell Party at Nairobi.
